In the event of school closure the evening before, the following procedure will be used by Wray School District:

• Call/text/email will be initiated at 8:00 PM to all staff, substitute teachers, head coaches and parents.

• Notice will be posted on www.wrayschoools.org and Wray School District Facebook page.

• Local radio stations will be notified.

In the event of school closure the morning of, the following procedure will be used by Wray School District:

• Call/text/email will be initiated at 5:30 AM (due to the first bus pickup at 6:15 AM) to all staff, substitute teachers, head coaches and parents.

• Notice will be posted on www.wrayschoools.org and Wray School District Facebook page.

• Local radio stations will be notified.

In the event of storm routes the following procedure will be used by Wray School District:

• A call will go out to bus drivers and country route students only.

It is important for parents to remember to call the District Office (970-332-5764) if any contact information changes.
