Wray School District is committed to providing an environment that promotes a healthy employee population able to serve our students at the highest level. To help us achieve this goal, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life insurance and mental health services as well as other programs.

All employees who work regularly 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in group insurance plans and benefits. Employees who work less than 30 hours per week are eligible to 75% of insurance plans.

Our plans are centered with the Colorado Educators Coalition. Medical benefits are powered by Gravie and our Gap Insurance Plan, OptiMed Health. If you have questions about a claim or need a re-print of your Graive card, call 1-866-863-6232 and for your OptiMed Health card, call 1-800-482-8770. You can also contact the HR department with card re-prints, claim questions or issues and we will be happy to assist.

You can also monitor claims, find a provider, and request re-prints of your cards through the Gravie Member Portal.

OptiMed Health is our gap insurance provider. You will receive a separate card for your gap insurance that is paired with your Gravie insurance card. For questions please contact 1-800-482-8770. You may also monitor claims through your OptiMed Health Member Portal.

CVS Caremark is our prescription benefits provider. Present your Gravie card which contains your CVS Caremark information to your pharmacy and/or manage prescriptions through the CVS Caremark website. For questions please contact 1-800-552-8159.

MetLife is our dental coverage provider. You will not receive a card for dental services. For questions about claims contact MetLife at 1-800-275-4639.

MetLife Vision Services Plan (VSP) is our vision coverage provider. You will receive a card for vision services. Your social security number will also serve as the member ID number. Contact MetLife by calling 1-800-275-4639.

EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is available to employees who accept our benefits. Our EAP program is offered through MetLife. Services that are offered to aide employees with addressing a variety of personal, family, and work-related issues. If you need immediate assistance please call 1-888-319-7819.

American Fidelity is our supplemental insurance plan and retirement account provider. Annually, staff members are offered an opportunity to participate in a flexible benefit plan, which allows individuals to pay certain expenses (day care, insurance, medical/dental expenses) before computation of taxes and retirement contributions. Colorado PERA: In lieu of social security, school district employees shall participate in the Public Employee’s Retirement Association in which both the employee and the school district make monthly contributions. For questions please contact CoPERA at 1-800-759-7372.

Life Insurance: At no cost to the employee, the district provides a $20,000 term life insurance plan. Additionally, each employee is covered by a $20,000 accidental death and dismemberment policy.

MASA: Medical Transport Solutions is offered to all employees at no cost. Coverage also blankets dependents within the household under the age of 26. This benefit covers emergency air ambulance coverage, emergency ground ambulance coverage, hospital to hospital ambulance coverage and repatriation to hospital near home coverage all within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and while traveling in Canada.
